She started my addiction to opioids. She meant well. I adored her. But ultimately, because of her prescribing Percocet for my constant pain I became addicted. She ended my prescription with no warning, sending me into withdrawals that were horrible. The events afterwards were horrible. Other than that, I'd give her a 5 star rating.
