What a great place! I have been a client of Dawn's Pizzazz for many years. The salon/spa is housed in an old victorian home in which has been converted preserving the charm. I have always had an outstanding service no matter what I was scheduled to have done that day. Dawns for me is one stop shopping. Best gift my son ever got me !! I have been going to Dawn's Pizzazz for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about it. It's a truly unique place that hire only the best in the business. A Wonderful Place! I have been a client at Dawn's Pizzazz for over 4 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else in the northern Fairfield County area! Dawn herself is approachable and very caring, is careful with the staff she hires and the products the salon and spa carry, which is important to me. Must See Laura! I get my haircut at Dawn's Pizzazz by Laura Schramm and the haircut is always amazing. Laura always does a great job styling my hair afterwards and is funny, personable and a wonderful stylist. My mom and sister both go to Laura for haircuts and we all get tons of compliements on our hair after leaving the salon.
Never -ending Complements My most recent appointment at Dawn`s Pizzazz was for a cut and color and let me tell you... my hair never looked so good. I loved it from the moment I saw it! The color was rich, my hair was smooth and shiny, and the cut made me even more radiant. Everyday since that appointment I recieved at lease one complement on my hair. I CAN NOT thank the Pizzazz crew enough for what they did for me. Thanks Guys<3
Meh.. Received a Spa Day pkg recently & had facial, massage, mani/pedi, makeup and hair wash/ blowdry. Parking was difficult/ icy due to recent storms but I chalked that up to CT weather. If I were 80 yrs old, I wouldn't have gotten out of my car for fear of breaking a hip. Upon entering, the salon was buzzing and I was greeted with a smile by the several people gathered near the desk. The foyer was dirty, though, and the rug was tattered. Brides beware! I was a part of a bridal party that went to Dawns for hair/make-up; although the work the girls did was wonderful and the prices reasonable what happened when we went to pay was horrifying. One of the girls in our party had to cancel her appointment last minute (her 3 y.o. was ill) and she did not attend her hair/make-up session; when the bride was paying her bill they tried to charge her for the girl that cancelled her appointment!! I THOUGHT I had to Settle for average! I have spent the last seven years traveling to Ridgefield from the Danbury area to get my hair cut and colored at a "High End" Salon. I never truly LOVED my hair and would leave the salon disappointed. I was disappointed in not only the time and money I spent but also in thinking I had to settle for a mediocre haircut.
