There were 2 ladies. I asked what cleaning activities did they do? They did not do the things they told me. I have vinyl plank upstairs and they did not even wash the floor. I had a cobweb hanging from my bathroom ceiling after they left. My floors on the main level were not washed only stiffened. They did not dust all the Shades. I have used Dawn's Domestic Cleaning around 2+ years. I went from 1/month to bimonthly. The ladies are kind, friendly, and thorough. They get the job done in a thorough and timely manner. Dawn is great about being flexible if needed (I've had to adjust periodically) and always communicates via text reminders on day and ETA. I definitely recommend!
Diminishing effectiveness of cleaning over time. I used Dawn's Domestic Cleaning for 2-3 years. They started well and did a great job, tackling all of the basics on their list. This was during a period when I was having remodeling done and I know it was a challenge for them. Then they slowly reduced the amount of time they would spend on the house from 2 hrs down to 45 minutes until basic things were no longer being done. We collaborate our cleaning services on occasion and also we refer exclusiively to Dawn's when we cannot service the client because they are out oof our area and Dawn's does an amazing job. Cannot say enough about this company and no wonder they have been in business for 24 years.
Maid Green Natural Cleaning I was going to use Dawn's and schedule for her to come out tomorrow while expecting an airbnb rental the following day. This was scheduled several days ago. She called and cancelled last minute. She may be good but she put me in a real bind after obligating herself. I do not do business with people that cannot honor an obligation.
