As President of Harris lane HOA I have the most highly respect for Dawn and her company she is a wonderful woman and will answer and question I ask her.
If you were forced to deal with this company, make sure you document and save every interaction you have. They are nothing but a shake down artist. They have absolutely no explanation as to where the dues are going. Administrative fees cannot properly be explained. There is no communication with clients. They are quick to use aggressive, rude, and unprofessional legal resources to shake down clients that are making monthly payments on time.. I would love to give zero stars. I have not encountered a more nasty and unprofessional person. I think it would behoove her to take a professional development class on how to conduct herself in a business setting. I feel sorry for anyone who has to do business with this woman. I asked her if she had a problem with me because she was being very short. She said "no, I am always like this" . After reading the other reviews, I see that this is true. Do not do business with this deeply troubled woman.
Pay HOA fees for absolutely nothing as they do not respond to any concerns in a timely manner. Raised us from $65 a month to $80 a month to do what…? potholes in the development for months, streets are all gravely from the street being broken and cracked. Barely any snow so it’s not like they’re paying much for maintenance either way. $80 per house for garbage. They pay to get the grass cut in the park, whoopdeedoo.
