If I could zero stars I would. They never address any concerns. There always “assessment” fees. We don’t even live in a community. They are the most nasty and unprofessional people. If you are moving to community and they are being run by dawning you need to back out ASAP. I moved out of the first community because of them and some how now they are operating over 2 blocks with no community grounds or perks. We’ve been without street lights for 6 years, trash all over, pump backing up into homes.
As President of Harris lane HOA I have the most highly respect for Dawn and her company she is a wonderful woman and will answer and question I ask her.
If you were forced to deal with this company, make sure you document and save every interaction you have. They are nothing but a shake down artist. They have absolutely no explanation as to where the dues are going. Administrative fees cannot properly be explained. There is no communication with clients. They are quick to use aggressive, rude, and unprofessional legal resources to shake down clients that are making monthly payments on time.. I would love to give zero stars. I have not encountered a more nasty and unprofessional person. I think it would behoove her to take a professional development class on how to conduct herself in a business setting. I feel sorry for anyone who has to do business with this woman. I asked her if she had a problem with me because she was being very short. She said "no, I am always like this" . After reading the other reviews, I see that this is true. Do not do business with this deeply troubled woman.
