Rude people. Send emails with no signer it would be nice to know who is responsible for sending the email. Requested documents were sent twice to them. They are quick to raise assessments and charge a $100 for safekeeping your information. Had an issue with water stains on the ceiling coming from the above apartment and the response was to contact the owner. This company forgets its us who pay them and a little courtesy and respect goes a long way.
If I could zero stars I would. They never address any concerns. There always “assessment” fees. We don’t even live in a community. They are the most nasty and unprofessional people. If you are moving to community and they are being run by dawning you need to back out ASAP. I moved out of the first community because of them and some how now they are operating over 2 blocks with no community grounds or perks. We’ve been without street lights for 6 years, trash all over, pump backing up into homes.
As President of Harris lane HOA I have the most highly respect for Dawn and her company she is a wonderful woman and will answer and question I ask her.
If you were forced to deal with this company, make sure you document and save every interaction you have. They are nothing but a shake down artist. They have absolutely no explanation as to where the dues are going. Administrative fees cannot properly be explained. There is no communication with clients. They are quick to use aggressive, rude, and unprofessional legal resources to shake down clients that are making monthly payments on time..
