They never answered my phone for 2 days, never called back, even we went on there location , not even opened the door, so not happy with them
The installed a new A/C unit quickly. Then when a sensor on a part that was not replaced broke, they came over the next day and put in many hours making sure it worked 100% all free of charge. I highly recommend them
Communication was a bit challenging but we won't and haven't for years use any one else. Such good people
We had an issue with our air conditioner. I called DAWNCO first thing in the morning, and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon. John was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luckily the problem was minor, and he quickly fixed the issue. We have used DAWNCO before, and every time has been a fantastic experience!
We had a new furnace and central air unit installed in October 2022. A great company to deal with, great service, very professional and a very fair price. Overall A++++
