I am so glad I hooked up with Dawna Ridgeway. She was very knowledgeable about the market and pricing recommendations. She provided extra services like a drone video of my Condo and the surrounding area and hired a professional photographer for indoor pictures. Dawna was also very good of providing updated market information on what was on the market and sales. I felt comfortable about our pricing and we sold close to our asking price. Dawna did a great job and was friendly and pleasant to work with.
