Dawna is a fantastic Realtor. She was my realtor when I purchased a home in 2018 and she helped me sell a home in 2025. She walked me through the process and since I was not a resident of the state, she coordinated all of the necessary work like re-painting the house, cleaning, adding fresh carpet. She took me in, helped, and connected me with a great team of people to get a mortgage, insurance, everything! And most importantly, she helped me get my dream home for my family. Dawna was amazing to work with. She graciously dealt with us completely changing our timeline, and showing up a week early to look at houses. She put in long days with us (and our two rambunctious kids) in order to help us find our perfect house. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great tips and tricks. Would definitely work with her again if presented with the opportunity!
