Dawna is a great realtor. We’ve worked with her multiple times to buy and sell and she always knows what she’s doing. Her guidance has been invaluable, even after closing. We always feel like we’re in good hands when we work with her. The first house we bought with her, she noticed something odd about the furnace and had someone come out to look at it. Turned out the was a problem and the furnace would need to be replaced. She saved us a few thousand dollars on that one.
We recently moved to Indiana from out of state and Dawna has been key in helping us find our home! She was there to support us via texts and emails and always kept us in the loop. I appreciated the reminders for key thing we needed to remember especially since I was working while getting ready to move. She is friendly, warm, and very welcoming and her expertise and communication helped me keep my sanity during our move. Dawna did an amazing job helping my wife and I purchase a home. We were on a tight timeline and she always was available for us, even rearranging part of her vacation to show us houses. When we finally locked in a house, she walked us through the process, hooked us up with a mortgage broker and home inspector, and negotiated price and repairs.
