I made an appt to see nurse Dawn Yonkee and my GPS took me way out of the way I supposed to go, called the office w plenty of time to cx or rs appt, now I called the office and they told me that nurse Yonkee doesn't accept no one who doesn't go to first appt. Isn't this very unfair? N very petty too. They said she's the best in plant city apparently she's not if the office is going to treat patients like this.
