I just had my 1st appointment yesterday. She is friendly n receptive to finding out what u need. Write down ur symptoms if ur forgetful like myself, Im experiencing changes that r not in her list of questions. The test she orders depends on ur complaints n u don't want to delay ur diagnosis like myself☹️.
Dr. Kershner was timely for my appointment, but unfortunately my experience was not as wonderful as the others. I have seen Dr. Kershner twice now and each time she could not get out of the room fast enough. I did not feel important as a patient and left feeling frustrated as if I wasted her time with my concerns.
