For anyone unable to locate the office or phone number, the same office for East Lake apartments on Stewart's Ferry operates Dawn Villa. You can call them. I dont know why they havent posted that info here themselves. The apartments are older as well as the appliances. The carpeting and flooring are cheap, but decent looking. Maintenance has always been really good at responding and fixing any issues I've had so they get a 5/5 for that. It was my first apartment. A kind retired pilot owned the place. My car was stolen from there while I was in Thailand for 30 days. Considering I invested money into the sound system, the car represented most of my net worth. I walked to the Y and bused to school for a month. When you don't have a car you learn how many friends you have, I had none. Weird vibes, luckily most of the neighbors kept to themselves. 10/10.
