Not impressed with the front desk staff or how Dr. Vu treats patients. I feel like I was not given the experience others did according to their reviews.
I have been to some of the major name optical centers to have my vision tested and get new glasses. It was in and out experience but until I found Palmdale Optometry via relatives and i loved it! All of the staffs were so friendly and amazing. Not only do they know what they are talking about and efficient, the equipment is high quality. Came in as a new patient and it took the receptionist 40 minutes just to tell me my authorization was on a hold from another office! So, I called that office and it took them 2 mins to release it. I still was waiting 30 minutes later to be seen after everything was cleared up!! I ended up leaving. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. PISSED. Only be seen here if you don't have a life, or anything to do for the whole day. Horrible customer service
Best optometrist in town. Very friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Vu is not satisfied until you are satisfied with your glasses or contacts regardless if it takes several visits.
They are great. The whole staff are very friendly.
