Very rude customer service. You pay for car insurance for the what if and when that time comes you get dropped from insurance. Without any letter or call rip off artists.
State Farm refusing to cover damages their driver caused to my vehicle and then has the audacity to suggest it was prior damage. Big business doing what it can to skirt their responsibilities. Another to big to fail business with a lack of integrity SURPRISE! Check out State Farm Insurance Sucks! on facebook before doing any business with these crooks.
