I had lived in my home for 68 years. It was very hard to put my home up for sale. Dawn understood and was very patient and caring. She guided me through the whole process. She is also an interior designer and she staged my entire home so beautifully that we got several offers after only one week on the market. She helped me choose the best offer and advocated for me throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about what a wonderful real estate agent Dawn proved to be.

Dawn not only kept us up to speed on all the activity related to our potential sale, but also was very informed about all the unique aspects of the house and the property. She stayed very involved in all the details relating to the transaction and represented our interests in all the communications with the potential buyers.
