Dawn͏ is fantastic.. she helped us back when we purchased/built our first home and then again 6+ years later when we sold it, then AGAIN when we were ready to build our second home! She is always available to help and when someone put in an offer on our home, she was on vacation with her family- but that didn't stop her from dealing with all the negotiations. When building our most recent home, she was a HUGE advocate for us. As long as we are in BCS, Dawn will be our go-to realtor.
Dawn is an extremely thorough and genuine real estate agent! She made sure I understood and knew she had MY best interest at the forefront of her mind at all times. Dawn hired a professional photographer to take pictures of my home for the website and made timely suggestions to make my house have more "curb appeal." Dawn Selix is one of the best people I have ever met in my life. I cant even put into words what she has meant to my family. The only thing that I can say is if you don't love the way Dawn treats the whole experience of buying a home, your not ready for a home. I am a man of faith and I know God sent us Dawn for a reason.
