Scheduling staff very rude. Dr. Richardson does not review your records sent/faxed to her by other physicians and she didn't even know the names of the nurses working IN HER OWN OFFICE! She will NOT message with you via the My St. Joe's app...rather, she will tell her MEDICAL ASST what to say in a reply, and it's almost always that you HAVE to make an appt to see her! Dealing with this office was an absolute nightmare. 15 plus minute hold times, paperwork that was not completed correctly, prescriptions that were not sent to the right pharmacy 5 different times. The worst experience with a health provider in my life....
Dr. Richardson is wonderful. She makes the time necessary to talk with you to fully understand you as a whole person. The nurses in her office are kind and responsive. I am so pleased to be a patient of Dr. Richardson.
I have been going to Dr Richardson since Dr Parke retired. I have found her to be as thorough as any doctor with whom I have visited. She is thoughtful, listens TO you, not at you, and is consistently caring. I have 100% confidence in her and feel completely comfortable that she will work diligently to diagnose and prescribe whatever is needed for my health and well being.
