Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had going to see someone at Allegheny Health. I was booked to come in for a vaccine and drove 45 minutes to find out that I wasn’t even supposed to be scheduled. I still wanted to see someone so they asked Dawn Ball to look at me. She came in and was extremely rude telling me “I’m going to rapid fire here” meaning get me out as quick as possible.
