Dawn is amazing and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. We have both bought and sold homes with her. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Dawn assisted me in selling a property in the Town of Perinton owned by a friend of mine who recently passed away and I am the Executor of his Estate. Dawn is a tentative to your needs, listens, patient, always on time , does exceedingly more than most expect before the buyer/seller asks. Her knowledge base of all the details when entering the market will allow you to feel comfortable and secure during the entire process of buying or selling your home.
