I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Dawn assisted me in selling a property in the Town of Perinton owned by a friend of mine who recently passed away and I am the Executor of his Estate. Dawn is a tentative to your needs, listens, patient, always on time , does exceedingly more than most expect before the buyer/seller asks. Her knowledge base of all the details when entering the market will allow you to feel comfortable and secure during the entire process of buying or selling your home. I highly recommend her if you’re considering selling or buying a home She will not disappoint!

Dawn is so great to work with. I have both bought and sold my house with her. Each time I was pleasantly surprised with the number I got! The best part was the time she committed to me. I was living out of state when I sold my house but Dawn made it her mission to go over there and make sure everything was ready and put my mind at ease.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Dawn Presicci. She has been helping me look for a house for months, and she has always been responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and so, so kind. Being new to town, she has provided a wealth of information to me and has introduced me to a wonderful banker, investment advisor, and lawyer. I am SO IMPRESSED with Dawn. When I was selling my house in Brighton, my original realtor basically couldn’t sell it after several months. Not knowing Dawn was a realtor, I mentioned it to her and she told me she would love to take it over. Since the house was empty, she staged the main rooms with furniture, plants etc. It really looked great! We then found the buyer after a bit of negotiation.
