Been going there about a year now, Always had a great experience. Just be sure to make an appointment. My preferred tech is Terri is awesome!!! she's been doing my nails for years. (previous places she has worked).

Awesome place to go, BUT, you must make an appt. and when you call for the appt ask to be sat with Phong he is by far one of the best nail techs I have ever had!

I Like how clean and fast this place is. Tons of shellac colors to choose from. I prefer tina, she is fast and good. All the girls work hard, I wish people wouldn't walk in 10min before closing, so rude to keep people working for over 12hrs a day. Have always had a good experience and nicely priced.

would NOT reccomend this place wasted my time and money came in and got yelled at for not booking an appointment and once they finally started on me she gave me attitude and hurted me as well. Also even talked in a different language to other employees talking behind my back perhaps but never again will i return the quality and the way i was treated was horrible!

I went there last week after work for my first time to get my nails done. My nails have been flipping and chipping as soon as I got them. One thing that I hate is when people talk to their coworkers in a different language. How do I know if your not talking about me and hello your doing my nails. My sister recommended this place because a nail tech she didn't like isn't there anymore. The receptionist had an attitude because I was a walk in. The place shut just be shut down. They charge more than what the say.

If I could, I would give it a no star. Only been there three times. All those times I had to wait a really long time, even when I had appointments. The owner is really rude. She did my pedicure and while she was doing it, she stopped at least twice to do other things. Also, being there, they rushed while doing the service. I would not recommend this place to nobody. I would not recommend this place! I went there 2 weeks ago just to have my nails touched up and the woman filed my nails paper thin, she was extremely rude, and the shellac was cheaper than other salons that I've been to and it chipped within 5 days.

This nail salon has it all. The technicians are friendly, professional, and are committed to ensuring their customer's experience is exceptional. Dawn Nail Spa's prices are very reasonable and they offer a variety of services, including waxing. I have been to many nail salons around the Waterford area, and this salon is the best around.
