Dawn is an amazing lender who is so knowledgeable about DC lending programs! She has great relationships with people in the mortgage and DC housing counseling services which were a great asset in helping me purchase my first home without paying a dime at closing! I would recommend if you want someone that is diligent in getting you every last penny needed to finance your home.
