Greetings, I’ve had 4 lenders all of them were bad experience. Until I was introduced to to Ms Dawn that’s when I saw some relief, the next thing I know I was signing my closing documents. Dawn is an amazing lender who is so knowledgeable about DC lending programs! She has great relationships with people in the mortgage and DC housing counseling services which were a great asset in helping me purchase my first home without paying a dime at closing! I would recommend if you want someone that is diligent in getting you every last penny needed to finance your home.
Quite possibly the most unprofessional and incompetent lender I have ever been involved with. I, as a seller, had a 3 month contingency that ended with a fizzle while she never responded and even left the country and let the contingency expire with no communication. I advise any buyer to look elsewhere
