I came here to rent an apartment after a bad experience with a prior landlord . Dawn Management staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. I have now lived in one of their units going on 2 years and they have always addressed any issues promptly the rent is affordable compared to a lot of other apartments in the area. I am looking for a larger apartment now and they are working with me to find one more suitable to my needs. I wouldn't rent from anyone else.

Terrible group of people, only look at your credit score even though you've never been evicted.. Let my son and I go homeless and took our money while homeless.. There's a special place in hell for people like this..
I do not live at any of their properties, however, I contacted the office regarding a previous resident of theirs. I spoke to a nice lady named Mary. She knew exactly who I was talking about and was extremely helpful! This resident has not lived there for about 3-4 years. It just speaks volumes that she could provide me with the information without having to call me back, etc. Acknowledgment of good service is always needed! I wanted to acknowledge her!
