I love seeing Dawn. She is always cheerful and lifts your spirits even if there's bad news she has a positive way of presenting it. Her Nursing staff could be a bit more professional and actually LISTEN to patients explaining situations instead of talking down to them like children or like they don't understand. Especially TAMMY!
