This person is the one that answered my on-call phone call last night. Instead of listening to what I had to say about why I was actually calling and trying to address my problems. I was vilified for not calling her the correct title in my time of need. She decided after I had called her ma’am to yell Dr. Dr. Dr through the telephone at me while I was in tears because I was in so much pain.
