If I could leave a "zero" star I would. Dawn Lewis was selling my condo in San Diego in 2012. I chose her because she was selling another condo in the same building, so she could show both to potential buyers. She listed her unit for 130K but within several months she was hardly able to sell it for 101K. My unit was listed for 110K, and the same month it was sold for that amount, it was worth already 120K.
