Dawn's insightful, conversational method helps me discover important truths about myself. She has helped me work through some particularly limiting past events by providing new ways of viewing them. But her focus on mindfulness helps me build strength to cope with today, rather than seeking blame from my past. I've learned more about myself with Dawn's guidance than I ever thought possible.
Finding a counselor can be a difficult process. Dawn has been an amazing support for both me and my children. It is easy to open up to her and be real.
