Dawn helped me find new ways to cope with anxiety other than alcohol- her words ring in my head with some thoughtful easy to remember phrases that I use as a mantra on some occasions. I was feeling pretty desperate but now hopeful and useful and healthy- I’m amazed and so glad I found her!
