Dawn was the selling agent for our house. She did everything perfect. The listing description was great, the photos were representative, and the ease of communication was phenomenal. We had a rather different buying situation, paying a huge amount of cash and financing over a year with the sellers. She got everything situated legally and knew exactly what we wanted and needed.

Dawn may be an excellent knowledgeable real estate agent. However her and Sotheby's listing fees are currently above market norm for luxury properties at the time of this review. We have had multiple agents who sell as many higher dollar luxury homes or more than she does offering to list our home for 4% and Dawn and Sotheby's wanted 6%. For this reason alone I can not recommend her or Sotheby's. Having owned a larger real estate company for more than a decade before selling it. I understand what agents do. Absolutely the best home selling experience. Dawn's leadership throughout the listing and sale of our home was exemplary and very much appreciated.
