Dawn has been working with my law office for several years. She's kind enough to refer her clients to me so I deal with her often and have a front row seat seeing her "work her magic". To me, magic is defined as that of a professional, that as a caring RE Agent and also one who is highly respected by her colleagues in the business (not an easy task). In summary, for anyone who is reading this review, I highly recommend Dawn. She is without question among the best in the business.
I was referred to Dawn by my mother and started working with her in March, 23. Dawn has made finding a home in this difficult market very bearable. Her approach is realistic and honest. She has given me the “White Glove” treatment and I’ve learned so much about real estate through my interactions with her. I HIGHLY recommend Dawn!
30 days, no requested showings, only one person(bobby) showed up for the open house. When I fired her she said "BTW Bobby said house was to small for the price". She said she's a "trained negotiator" yet never negotiated anything. She priced our house,not us. She said "everyone that contacted her office, wanted to wait for the open house".
