Very rude and unprofessional. When I did my assessment she had her grandson present. I had to give him my phone to watch Netflix so he would stay quiet while she grilled me with questions, some of which were political and completely unrelated to the reason why I was there, others that were very awkward to talk about in front of a minor. Very unprofessional,never answers the phone you have to practically spend all your time chasing her down for anything.
