Dawn D’Amico… remember her name. She will be the only name you’ll ever need for real estate. I did extensive research before choosing her, and she was the only one to fill all my requirements. With Dawn’s guidance, we sold one home and purchased a commercial property. The house received an acceptable offer 12% over asking within 3 hours of the first open house—her plan worked. Dawn was amazing!!! She listened to everything I wanted, even when that changed multiple times. She is very knowledgeable and gives her honest assessment.
