I was worried about having to find a realtor to sell my house and was glad Dawn reached out. She was consistent with her followup and we were able to locked down an offer within a week. In less than a month, we have closed the house. Everything was so easy and she was there to tell me each step!

I highly recommend Dawn D’Amico as a real estate agent. She provides exceptional service and truly cares about her clients. My husband and I are senior citizens and I’ve lived in our home for more than 35 years. Our children no longer live in the area so we needed a great deal of help. Dawn made us feel comfortable from the beginning. After discussing with her what we were looking for she made sure to show us homes that we would be interested in. Dawn listen and supported us in everything. Highly recommend Dawn as your realtor.

The other side of our transaction involved purchasing my mother-in-law's home in New Jersey. Dawn spent time thoroughly expl... read more

Dawn D’Amico… remember her name. She will be the only name you’ll ever need for real estate. I did extensive research before choosing her, and she was the only one to fill all my requirements. With Dawn’s guidance, we sold one home and purchased a commercial property. The house received an acceptable offer 12% over asking within 3 hours of the first open house—her plan worked. The commercial deal was the most stressful thing I’ve ever done. Without Dawn’s help I probably would have ran away. Her support, guidance, and respon... read more
