Originally left a 5 star review for Dawn. That is no longer the case. We bought our house with her help and during the process she recommended an inspector she said she worked with a lot. Sherlock Homes Inspections. After a month of living in our new house we've had to replace 2 sump pumps that were obviously installed incorrectly. The plumber who replaced them was shocked the inspection report didn't find anything. Another issue is now we have a discovered a mice problem. As a first time homebuyer, I had TONS of questions and concerns and she literally answered every one of them and put me at ease.
