Originally left a 5 star review for Dawn. That is no longer the case. We bought our house with her help and during the process she recommended an inspector she said she worked with a lot. Sherlock Homes Inspections. After a month of living in our new house we've had to replace 2 sump pumps that were obviously installed incorrectly.
