We have known Dawn for many years and how she gives your project more than 100% of her time and energy. The houses she sold for us were because she spent the time at the open houses. She was there to sell the property and then keep up on all aspects of the sale. She is beyond honest and truthful to a fault. would recommend her to anyone.

Hello. We spent much time looking for a house. It was hard because we were selling our house back in Maine and buying a new one. Cheryl Coins introduced us to Dawn Cohen at Premier Plus Realty in Florida. She was speedy in helping us.
