We were out of town buyers with no contacts in FL. We found a house we loved and Dawn was the selling agent. She great to work with. She was so accommodating. My son happened to be down there and she was happy to show him the house. She sent me multiple extra pictures and responded quickly to all of my texts, phone calls, and emails.
