Dawn is a great listener, persistent and patient for the duration of a many faceted project. She seemed to know what we wanted before we even realized it. I met her at an open house and kept her number for 18 months before engaging her as our real estate agent. During that 18 months, she continued to stay in touch, not pressuring, just inquiring if we needed anything and offering service. She is a very caring person and the ultimate professional.
Dawn has been amazing through the house searching process!! She is thorough, helpful, patient, and always looking out for her client. I am an out of state buyer and Dawn coordinated with my sister to look at homes for me. We couldn’t have done this without her and honestly wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her. Besides being a conscientious realtor she is a very kind person. Can’t say enough good things about her!!
