Dr. Brown is very gentle with my baby as well as explaining what she was doing. Even though my wife know exactly what’s happening I always ask questions when I go

I advise everyone to stay away from this practitioner. She is not my child’s main pediatrician, but she was the only provider available for a same day appointment. We were so disappointed with the poor care and terrible bedside manner that after the appointment I sent her a message in MyChart and she never responded. She wrote false statements in my child’s notes summary and sent the wrong dosage of medication to the pharmacy. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I took my child to his well child appointment on 01/13/25. Appointment took 10 minutes (should’ve been a red flag). The same day my child ran a fever , took him to urgent care , they stated he had a double ear infection. That “ DAWN BROWN” claim she didn’t see in her words “ his ears look perfect”. Took him back to her today , and she refused SERVICE OF AN AUTISTIC CHILD. After me telling her it’s hard for my child to keep down oral meds it makes him throw up.
