On my most recent visit to Dr Bearden’s office I feel she acted very unprofessionally and outside of OSHA regulations and established principles of medical ethics. According to the OSHA regulation, a doctor may not require disclosure of my Social Security number to identify a patient when the patient’s insurance does not require that providing the insurance information that has been provided in advance.
