What a horrible place and the staff are vile no help at all went in to change and appointment they never updated me on when my appointment was and she was that lazy she couldn't even write a number down for me they are crap

This is the worst dentist in Telford! I booked at appt on 4th July originally for a broken tooth, once I get there I was greeted by a rude dentist who said this isn’t a emergency and sent me off to reception to rebook, I booked again on 7th July and was checked and told this dentist can’t treat me that day and I need to come back in AGAIN, this dentist was going on annual leave and there was no other availability until end of August, but she agreed to fit me in with a 2 day window, so I booked in for today, left my work trai... read more

Really bad experience told me I needed my front tooth out wasn’t happy so got a second opinion who said I didn’t need it out and could have root canal also put down on my nhs form that I had tooth extraction when I didn’t and was told I had received dental information which I hadn’t ever they obviously don’t care about patients health just looking to make quick money

Regrettably, my experience was very poor. I usually refrain from giving services negative reviews, but unfortunately, I think that it is better if I make an exception. Upon entering the dental office and having my teeth briefly viewed, I was told, in effect, that my teeth were very poor and that I must not properly brush my teeth, and that it appeared that I hadn't brushed in months.
