Dawes, did a great job, for me, fixing my broken septic pipe. They were very professional and understanding, Especially Becky Dawes. I don't know a lot about septic systems, but she was able to answer all my questions and kept me informed through the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Funny that this came up today - after a visit from our plumber, Lance (simply the best!) he diagnosed our problem as a septic tank needing pumping and he recommended Dawes. So we called - honestly not an hour passed before they were in our yard, locating the tank (that took longer than the ride over here) and the pumping began. I had a close encounter with my septic tank on thursday night. Called Dawes, after I cleaned up, and they responded very quickly. They came to the house to investigate and give an estimate of the issue. By friday afternoon, I was back in busininess. Great folks, fun, friendly and professional. I had a great experience.
