We've had a very positive experience working with Dr Mary Spolyar and the team at the Westfield office! They are efficient, professional, and courteous. They were also very understanding since my insurance provider had just changed and we hadn't been issued our card or group details yet. We are very impressed with Dr. Spolyar's experience and her thoroughness....she answered our questions with great consideration and as such we highly recommend her!!
The staff are great friendly people. They took care of my procedure and responded to all of my questions. The experience was fantastic.
Update: I got the bill for my copay and their system is a joke. I paid online and it didn't have an option for a receipt, nor did it email me one. The screen simply said "Thanks for your payment." So now I have to track down the receipt for my flex spending, but they don't answer their phones and trying to sign up for their patient portal requires some kind of secret code. The entire experience with Dawes-Fretzin has been awful. Avoid this place. The doctor (Mary Spolyar) couldn't be bothered to answer my questions. She was ... read more
