This was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I’ve had. I came in with a visibly swollen, red, painful thumb that appeared infected. After waiting over an hour alone in the exam room, the doctor spent less than three minutes with me, interrupted me while I was speaking, and rushed out after prescribing an antibiotic and ointment. We've had a very positive experience working with Dr Mary Spolyar and the team at the Westfield office! They are efficient, professional, and courteous. They were also very understanding since my insurance provider had just changed and we hadn't been issued our card or group details yet. We are very impressed with Dr. Spolyar's experience and her thoroughness....she answered our questions with great consideration and as such we highly recommend her!!
The staff are great friendly people. They took care of my procedure and responded to all of my questions. The experience was fantastic.
