I have been established with Dr. Davoodi for over 10 years and really like him as a doctor, but his front office staff is rude. I called today after testing positive for covid, got teledoc appointment set, and when the office staff saw my chart..I was told “you haven’t been in since 2021 so we can’t see you.” And hung up on me.
