The shorter female security employee at the front desk, with brown hair and glasses, was unnecessarily argumentative, confrontational, and unprofessional. This is especially disappointing because the other front desk employees I've interacted with have always been friendly, cooperative, and welcoming. If you or a loved one are seeking dialysis care for the first time stay away from DaVita. They're very nice in the beginning but if you need anything from them you will not get their help they pass it on can make an appointment with the doctor and his office he comes and talks to you while you're getting dialysis which is against HIPAA law nobody knows anything they're terrible.
