Wonderful staff!
I would've given this facility a zero if possible. The staff here didn't call my mother when my stepfather was rushed to the hospital from their location and he subsequently died. My mother couldn't say goodbye to her husband of 21 years, who was in a nearby nursing home, because Davita Woodburn staff wouldn't tell her or the nursing home staff he was being admitted to the hospital. When my mother called about this occurrence she was met with complete indifference.
