Friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to make things as comfortable as they can. They have been a wonderful resource for information about dialysis.
Stalling and rudeness with booking appointments. “We have a process” and won’t book an appt when all requirements are met., versus telling the family why, and etc. I would waste my time w this clinic!
