Right now it's hard for me to give it anything but for last month I would have gave it a big zero so so we'll see what's going on this month and next month for sure is be February let's see
If you care for your life and want to keep it, DO NOT go here. The nurses are extremely insensitive and have no kind of awareness for what they say to patients! They would rather argue and treat patients horribly than do their JOB! My mom hasn't been given treatment since Monday and it's now Friday? So far they've told her they can't take her twice without any phone calls being made or anything someone with common sense would do. And no this isn't the only experience we've had with the clinic!
The state needs to get out there IMMEDIATELY! Constant unprofessional behavior! They are severely understaffed and employees have no common sense or manners! They are playing with people’s lives! My grandmother chose to stop dialysis all together than to go here and that speaks numbers! Please bring state or board, WHOEVER it takes to renew this place!
