The Valley Ranch staff a care team are very friendly ,caring , helpful and very knowledgeable . I recommend them to all that need to receive treatment for their illness. Thank you for making me feel normal.

Friendly staff, NEW, CLEAN, facility
A dialysis tech at the facility changed my mom’s chair time after TWELVE years without informing her properly. She waited over an hour for dialysis and as she was waiting, she was explaining to me on the phone that she was left there by her ambulance company and wouldn’t have a ride back home due to the change of schedule and a tech yelled over to her REFUSING dialysis to her saying ‘you won’t get treatment if you keep yelling’.
