My experience at davita is not a happy one, first they don't have a box to share you complain and if you do complain the supervisor(Shapiro) doesn't turn the info in so we have to call medicare to complain
They r angels compassionate and friendly
This is my 2nd go-round with Davita. They are a fantastic group of professionals. I believe the home care is top notch. Their nurses are attentive to my needs and questions. They are very thorough when giving direction and always make sure that I understand and are ok with me asking questions. Their care is unbelievable. I am very happy with Davita HOME CARE.
