Absolutely love my nurse (Darcie)! She knows her stuff and is so inviting. I so appreciate that she calls the day before to remind me of my appointment the next day. She calls like clock work when the new blood test results come in and goes over them and she doesn't like to over book. She gives her patients a lot of time and makes sure before you leave everything is explained and taken care of. The best!!! HW
So, I came into this center to get a tour and no one was available to help me after ringing the bell numerous times! I guess with the customer service being at this level, they don't really need new clients!
