I love coming here. All the staff and patients are super friendly. I was very nervous about starting dialysis but Jileane made it super easy and comfortable.
It's a high turn over which means they always hire new people to work there. The techs are unprofessional.,they talk to the patients any kind of way.,they have techs in training stick patients who have not fully completed their training. The training is supposed to be 12 weeks and you are told due to the budget you will train in less time. The preceptors who are supposed to train the techs while working on the floor didn't want to. I’ve been going to this clinic for over a year now and the staff is professional and on time. My chair time is 6:15 I’m usually on the Machine by 6:00 because I get there early
Your chair time is at 5:15am in the morning and they don't call you back until 6:00am in the morning And the tech's and the nurses is always on their cell phone And they don't have enough nurses or tech to work they are all the time calling out and the nurses and tech are stuck uo and rude and they yell at us and their are bugs and knats and if you need help with our bills they don't want to help you at all
This clinic/Tampa General Hospital is a Joke lmaooo 😂😂 😂😂 So i had to go to Advent Health To find Out my kidneys was finally functioning again when i Showed Them the result from Advent Health They Called This Irrelevant nurse practitioner That told me congratulations on my recovery and what so... And told me i no longer is in need of dialysis which is great than i ask the irrelevant nurse to call the doctor to get the dialysis tub connected to my heart out because advent health hospital told me that the tub is giving me ... read more
