Very good and wonderful experience! The staff are efficient, professional and caring. Very pleasant place to do dialysis.
At this location they have terrible customer service skills. Jared is talking about patients in ways they shouldn't be.I wouldn't recommend this location AT ALL unless you wanna deal with nurses gossiping.I had came in to pick up my elderly dad and saw a nurse by the name of Jared being very unprofessional.He should be fired and retrained to learn the status of being a nurse.This is people life's your dealing with not a social gathering of starting drama at a work place talking about patients wishing them harm HE SHOULD BE I... read more
Rating one star due to the rude manager Sofia. She loves the title of boss however can't seem to avoid blowing out the veins of the dialysis patients. She hung up the phone on me and refused to give me her superiors number, stating this is "her house" I thought the facility was called DaVita not Sofia. Horrible customer service, and bed side manner. The rest of the staff is amazing, like Kia and Tierra at the front desk.
