Tuba City DaVita is a good place to go when you need the service for your kidneys the staff are wonderful people there from the director all the way down to the techs. They know what they are doing no negative comments about anybody at that dialysis center.
I had 2 sessions in Tuba City. I enjoyed my visit. Everybody was so professional and very nice. I enjoyed it because Everybody spoke Navajo, I felt like I belonged. I live in Tennessee and nobody speaks Navajo. I thank Everybody for the amazing care..I will be back
They provide terrible service. I have been trying for the last 9 months to get a phone call back from Dr. Bevans and Dr. Pandya, left many messages and cannot get a phone call back. I have called guest services and lodged multiple complaints, which are not followed up on. Every time I call back to guest services to try to get a follow up on the complaints that I have filed I am directed back to call the facility. I then call the facility and get nowhere again.
