I’m a patient. The Techs are the blood flow at the facility, they must work fast pace and possess the knowledge of higher pay grade employees. They require meticulous traits and appear to be under a great deal of stress. I thank them regularly and I thank them here again!! As I observe how they stay focused in circumstances of stress, I feel safer by having them available. I hope management is taking care of them because it would be a grave mistake to not compensate these employees considerably.
