The staff at Thorndale are outstanding. There is a threesome there that just keep the place alive. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Very kind staff. I dropped off a patient to this location and I had asked a question and the lady was very nice and pleasant. Really made my day. Dialysis locations need more people like her.
This is a good facility however when it comes to holidays people who work like my husband have to miss out on getting dialysis because they can't get off by a certain time to get there . So some people need to wait 3 to 4 days to get dialized again or go to the er.will be voicing my concerns to corporate also.
